Important key points for author Paper Preparation and Submission.
- Please prepare your paper according to the template for A4 Word and Latex is available at the following link.
- Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.
- According to the policy of iccmn 2026, One manuscript can have maximum of 3-4 authors.
- One author can submit max of 2 papers as main author and can have max three papers at any position, including first position.
- Abstract should have 100-500 words limit.
- All papers submitted through CMT portal are considered for review process if they meet the plagiarism (similarity score) policy of the IEEE and iccmn.
Create the paper and get the pdf from pdf express follow this point
- Create account at IEEE PDF Express
- Conference ID
- Create file : put your paper file
- Browse and upload the paper , wait for some time and then press refresh button , or check for your email , generated pdf will be sent, or after refresh lick on the title and get your paper ready for submission to conference ( you need to approve the collection).
- Submit the paper to site in word format, and wait till pdf is created according to instructions.
- Get PDF and submit on line to conference.
If your paper is selected after review, you are accepted for publication
- Not allowed to change the order of authors.
- No addition of Author is permitted.
- For deletion you need to submit the consent and confirmation of other authors.
Important Guidelines & Checklist
- If you don’t have CMT account. Create New Account on CMT
- Prepare the paper according to guide lines and follow the template
- Abstract should be of 100-500 words
- Check for book marks –not allowed
- Check for author, Name, Affiliation, and email ( Max Four authors)
- Get the pdf of word file , through pdf express
- Login at CMAT
- Follow the instructions
- Don’t forget to add the co-authors on CMAT while submitting the paper (Most IMP)
Plagiarism: Papers with maximum 15 % similarity report will be accepted (excluding Bibliography)
Note: Do not submit Review / Survey Paper /Out of Scope paper ( Submit paper with original technical outcomes)
Regular paper submissions are min 8(Eight)-9(Nine) pages maximum (exclusive of bibliography).
